Following your logic, the Boxer's rebellion happened 100 years ago. The Europeans were just trying to protect their citizens living in China. The 8 nations that formed the allied army would normally have been at each others’ throats. Why do you think they got together to invade China?
By the way, the Boxers killed far more Chinese than they did foreigners.
Why are you condemning what the Europeans did in China, but making excuses for the genocide committed by the Qing dynasty?
What are you trying to say, other than randomly ranting against the old European imperialists? What is your point?
