I don't want to quarrel with you. But I must point out the fact in china:

1) In last 20 years, most of chinese excellent student select "理工科";

2) In last 50 years, what kind of a "哲学、历史、法律、政治" have all those ones like you have learned in china?

I have dreamed of becoming a writer, but reality tells me: there was no atmosphere. Please not look down "理工科" with your assumption. Some of them are not so stupid like you believe.
