I might believe you if you claim the book is on their reading list which contains hundreds if not thousands of books. Even if they do have it on the list, it would be because that they want their students to understand how their potential enemy might think instead of methodology values. Big deal!

BTW, West point is not a place for high ranking officers but entry level ones.
